Option 2: Benito Mussolini
Benito Mussolini was a fascist leader who led Italians as a ruthless and violent leader. He is widely known for his leadership which included fear, corruption, ruthless, and fascist dictatorship which he propagated from the year 1925-1945. It all started when Mussolini was in the prisons where he saw the power of using the media.
