Solution
Situation: 19 y/o female Amka Oxendine transferred from the emergency department with reports of abdominal pain and nausea after ingesting 15 extra strength of acetaminophen 500mg.
Background: Has a history of depression starting at age 15 and currently on a low dose of fluoxetine 20mg.
Assessment: The patient has pale warm diaphoretic skin, feeling nauseous with abdominal pain, erythemic rash, and elevated acetaminophen levels.
