SOLUTION

For this week’s discussion, I will use Benner’s theory, From Novice to Expert, as I am in the executing nursing specialty track. This theory exemplifies the levels of skill acquisition from a novice level nurse to an expert level nurse (Benner, 2001). Evidence-based practice should be the guiding force in the healthcare field.
