Solution

Using big data has so many benefits to the clinical system which include improving the clinical decision-making process for patient outcomes. Big data has shown that is it useful in reducing medical errors by composite patient data and identifying possible medical errors like medication, diagnostic, and prescription errors (Ioannidis & Lau, 2001). Errors were found in their study and saw that if interventions were made from their findings there would be a reduction in the error rates. This promotes patient safety with the reduction of medical errors.

Unfortunately, big data does come with some challenges like data quality and accuracy.  Dealing with large amounts of data can be daunting and making sure that the data is not only relevant to your clinical use but also accurate is a challenge…………………….$5
